— Our Story
EasyLegal AI™ was founded by Nash Bowen — a licensed attorney, entrepreneur, and Founder & CEO of Kronos Capital™. He built the lawyer he wished every family had — for $20 a month.
— Founder
A corporate transactions attorney turned operator who built the document engine he used in private practice — for everyone else.

Founder
After graduating from McCallie School in Chattanooga, Nash earned his degree in Finance with a specialization in Investment Management from the University of Alabama, then his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
He went on to work as a corporate transactions attorney — not a courtroom lawyer, but the one who structures the deals, drafts the contracts, and makes sure every clause protects his clients.
Nash eventually left active legal practice — keeping his license active — and founded Kronos Capital™, a private equity firm headquartered in Chattanooga focused on AI, automation, real estate, and energy. Through Kronos, he built technology platforms, managed global projects, and grew a portfolio spanning 50+ companies.
Along the way, Nash noticed something that kept bothering him: the people around him — even his own family — couldn't draft a contract, read an operating agreement, or understand a liability clause without calling him first. And most people don't have a Nash.
So he built EasyLegal AI™ — a platform powered by his document templates, his way of thinking about transactional and liability agreements, delivered through AI so anyone can create professional legal documents with confidence. No law degree required. Just $20/month.
"How many people aren't lucky enough to have a Nash? That's who I built this for."

— What We Do
EasyLegal AI replaces the $400/hr transactional attorney for the 90% of legal work that doesn't need a courtroom — contracts, formations, filings, estate planning, and everyday agreements.
Over 200 attorney-reviewed templates covering NDAs, service agreements, employment contracts, operating agreements, leases, wills, powers of attorney, and more. Every template was written or reviewed by a licensed transactional attorney and adapted for AI-guided personalization based on your jurisdiction and situation.
Pay $4.99 for a one-time document or $19.99/month for unlimited generation, editing, e-signature, and secure document vault storage. No hidden fees, no per-document charges, no lawyer retainer.
Form an LLC, C-Corp, or S-Corp in any of the 50 states. Get your EIN, operating agreement, registered agent, annual reports, foreign qualification, and BOI reporting handled end-to-end. State filing fees passed through at cost — no upcharge.
Filings are submitted through licensed formation partners, tracked in real time, and delivered back to your vault as filed documents. Most LLC formations complete in 3–7 business days depending on state processing.
Upload any contract — a lease, an NDA someone else sent you, an employment offer — and our Copilot reads it clause-by-clause, flags red flags, explains obligations in plain English, and suggests negotiation language. Trained on transactional attorney workflows, not generic legalese generators.
Legally-binding multi-party e-signatures with draw, type, or upload signing modes and full audit trails. All executed documents are stored in an encrypted vault accessible from any device, with sharing controls and version history for teams.
— FAQ
Everything people ask before signing up.
No. EasyLegal AI is a legal technology platform, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Our templates are drafted and reviewed by licensed transactional attorneys, but using the platform does not create an attorney-client relationship. For matters requiring legal advice — litigation, complex negotiations, jurisdiction-specific counsel — consult a licensed attorney in your state.
Founder Nash Bowen is a licensed transactional attorney, and every template on the platform reflects how he actually drafts documents in practice. That's the difference from a generic AI chatbot with no legal training. Compared to legacy players like LegalZoom or Rocket Lawyer, we charge $19.99/month flat with unlimited generation instead of $40+/document or $60+/month with per-document caps.
Unlimited AI document generation across all 330+ templates, unlimited edits and revisions, unlimited e-signature requests, secure vault storage, AI Copilot contract review, and access to every new template we add. Business formation services (LLC filing, EIN, registered agent, annual reports) are priced separately as one-time services because state filing fees are involved.
Yes. Documents produced on EasyLegal AI are drafted to the same standard as attorney-drafted transactional documents and are accepted for the intended use — signing, filing with a state agency, submitting to a bank, executing between parties. State formation filings (LLC, EIN, etc.) are submitted directly through licensed filing partners.
